		If a pest sighting occurs between scheduled service visits we will provide corrective service at no additional cost
		If at any time our service doesn't meet or exceed your expectations, you can discontinue service with no cancellation charges and we will refund your last service charge
		Should your customer ever see a cockroach or rodent we will pay their bill and mail them an apology with a gift certificate to return to your facility as our guest
		We will reimburse any fines incurred by the health department related to an infestation of cockroaches or rodents
		Should you lose points on the health department rating system due to cockroaches, rodents or flies we will credit $10.00 per lost point per month until point loss is removed
